Neil is a Colorado native. He has lived in Lakewood, Aurora South, Westminster and Thornton. He also spent time in Denver gates community where his parents grew up. He attended Overland High School, CU @ Denver and Regis University. He has worked in Douglas, Jefferson, Adams, and Arapahoe Counties to name a few areas over the past twenty years.


Neil spent twenty years working in beverage distribution for a prominent global brewer where he learned the different characteristics of the city. 14 years of his career was spent in management where he gained practical business knowledge and application. Neil began in real estate as a buy and hold investor five years before gaining his retail real estate license.


Since leaving beverage distribution Neil has been successfully assisting people full time consulting clients with real estate planning and transactions. Neil lives in Northern Denver but has extensive knowledge of metro Denver due to his time in customer service and account management.


Neil brings a high sense of customer service, passion, care and concern to helping people reach their real estate goals and objectives. He believes it is about the clients. Since Neil has been in real estate he has noticed a deficiency in the industry of Professionals’ with real world business experience in customer service, market knowledge, professionalism, empathy and the rudimentary business experience needed to serve their clients. Neil realized early on that a career is not merely about company goals but personal goals. Neil knew that he always wanted to be in business for himself. When the opportunity presented itself to leave the beverage industry he obtained his real estate license and began his next twenty year career.
